MCAF design and manufacture a comprehensive range of equipment and plant specifically designed for hazard containment during the decommissioning process.
Filter housings are custom designed to meet client needs. They are normally supplied in either mild steel, with a decontaminable finish, or in stainless steel.
Our range of mobile filtration units can incorporate high pressure dual stage extraction fans, safety interlocks, alarms and gas tight manual or motorised isolation dampers. They can handle air volumes up to 13,600 cubic metres per hour and provide plug and go air filtration for process ventilation, emergency clean up, remediation and decommissioning.
Available designs incorporate bag change systems allowing the filter modules to be isolated to effect filter change whilst the plant remains running. Remote operating control facilities can also be incorporated.
