HEPA 'V' Panel Filters
 
The M.C. Air Filtration HEPA-V panel filter range is produced to provide a comprehensive range of products to suit varying client, industry and regulatory requirements. The panel filter range provides class-leading performance and can be used in a wide range of applications where clean air is required.
 
Materials of construction:
 
Frames:   Anodized aluminum extrusion with white painted protective grid to both filter faces - stainless steel alternatives are available.
     
Media:   Non-flammable, water repellant, microfine glass paper pleated into a rigid minipleat pack with a bonded glass thread spacer to provide positive pleat separation
     
Sealant:   Media pack sealed into frame with a polyurethane bond
     
Seal:   Sponge gasket, Knife edge and Silicon gel fluid

In a range of filter efficiencies from 95% - 99.99998%.

In a range of filter pack depths to provide the required air flow characteristics.

With Gasket, Silicon gel and Knife-edge sealing methods.
